Stealth Intrusion Techniques: Exploring Intrusion Mindset and Tools
Course Overview This intensive course addresses the new
phenomenon of Stealth hacker attacks. These new attack methods include exploitation of traditional
protection measures - Firewalls, IDS & Routers. The course approach consists of lectures and
demonstrations of these new threats to network systems. Demonstrations address: (1) techniques and
code used to launch attacks on the "protection infrastructure"; (2) specialized intrusion tools
and (3) demonstrated applications on a victim system.
Fragrouter software can be purchased
as well as "Freedom" software that permits anyone the capability to fake sources that appear
to originate from any location, using any sender name.
